I'm supposed to return her to Tristan to finish the deal.

But now I'm dreading the day when I have to drop her off.Can I really do it?I'm not supposed to care about this woman. I'm not supposed to care about anyone, actually.

But I care about Bellissima.

Penelope did a great job with the series! You can’t help but fall for the characters. Book made me laugh and cry. The storyline flowed great through the series and now I have to finish the last book. Definitely a keeper but I will enjoy it again and again.

This book had me on my toes. I can't wait until the new book comes out. Someone get Crow so he can be there for both Buttons and the baby. And Cane with Adeline. Them get marry and have their own lil one. I think they both would be great together like his big brother and sis.

Buttons, Buttons, Buttons. I need me some more buttons, come on hurry up December because all I want is Grace!!!!! While looking for something to read one day I fell upon Buttons and Pain and decided to give it a try. At first when I began to read I honestly wasn’t sure if I could continue to read it. all I felt in the beginning was anger and sadness. I honestly almost gave up because I wasn’t to fond of the graphic story line. but as I was thinking about getting rid of it I figured out 2 things. 1. If a book got me feeling even a bit emotional from the very first chapters then it must be a good book written by an excellent author with what I was hoping would be a great love story with lots of action. In the end I haven’t been disappointed. 2. Sex trafficking is a real world problem. I’m sure most of what is written in these books is somewhat true to real life and as horrible as it seems we as humans can not turn a blind eye to it. Even though this series is fictional I decided that it may help me understand it a little more and the book untimely inspired me to start helping at a local charity that helps victims of sex trafficking get there lives back. So to get back on track I am sooo glad that I decided to continue the series all the way through and was so happy when Cane got his own story. I like that Cane’s story also has appearances from Perl and Crow and how their parts blend into the over all story line. Now I just can’t wait for the next book. BUTTONS AND GRACE!!!

I’ve enjoyed about all of the Buttons books but this one was rushed and repetitive... not to mention the wasted space of one sentences all over the place. This book continued to drag on and on... the characters continued to repeat the same stuff over and over. So far the worst one of them all.

I could not stop reading this book!!! Penelope keeps me on my toes and this series NEVER gets old! I love it. Can't wait to see how Cane deals with this whole situation because I, sure he does not want to put Adelina in harms way. Can't wait till January to see what happens! Thank you for writing such a good series Penelope. This is a must read.... seriously!
